Turn a part and a whole into a percentage, and format it properly.

How it works

To find a percentage, divide the part by the whole: =B2/C2. Excel returns a decimal such as 0.84 — format the cell as a percentage to display 84%. To take a percentage of a number, multiply: =B2*18%.
