Find and Replace Values

Fix the same word everywhere at once instead of editing cell by cell.

• Replace placeholder values with numbers

How it works

Press Ctrl+H (or Home → Find & Select → Replace), type what to find and what to replace it with, and click Replace All. Excel changes every match, including matches inside longer text such as "Grey Hoodie". Matching ignores upper and lower case unless you tick Match case.
