Round Decimal Values
Use ROUND, ROUNDUP and ROUNDDOWN to control decimal places in the actual value.
You will learn to
- Round to a set number of decimals
- Understand formatting vs rounding
How it works
ROUND(number, digits) rounds to the given number of decimal places. ROUNDUP always rounds away from zero; ROUNDDOWN always rounds toward zero. Unlike formatting, rounding changes the stored value used by other formulas.
